OPEN POLE PRACTICE
Get some practice time at the studio. Note that there is no instruction during open pole practice, but a staff member will be present if you have any questions. We highly recommend you come with a practice plan and some pole experience.

Private LEssons
Take a private lesson from one of our talented and experienced instructors! Whether you want to try out pole for the first time in a safe and focused setting or take your training to the next level, our instructors will help you build and reach achievable goals and results.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS
