• A liability waiver is required for all participants for all activities at the studio.

• All purchase options (classes, packages, studio rentals, lessons, memberships) are not transferable or shareable.

​​

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

​​

• Please make an effort to be on time! If you are up to 10 minutes late, it is up to the instructor to determine whether you will be allowed to attend the lesson.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be marked as a late cancel and will lose your spot in class. ​

​​

• Wipe down your pole with rubbing alcohol directly after class has ended.

​

• Please bring your own yoga mat to the studio. Due to COVID-19, we will not be providing mats to borrow.

• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home! We will make reasonable accommodations in the event you are unable to attend a lesson or a studio rental if you let us know ahead of time. 

​

• Be engaged and attentive during your lesson and follow instructor directions for both your benefit and safety. Any individual that behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others will be asked to leave.

​

• We do not tolerate hateful or disrespectful speech. Any individual that engages in such will be asked to leave. 

​

• You are welcome (and often encouraged) to film yourself during your sessions. Please ask before filming the instructor if they do not state their policy before the lesson starts. Do your best to ensure you are only filming yourself, and as a courtesy, please ask other students that are in the background of your videos for permission prior to posting videos online.
