CANCELLATION Policy

  • Private lessons and studio rentals must be canceled at least 3 hours prior to start time for the appointment to be returned to your account.

  • Classes must be canceled at least 3 hours prior to start time for the session to be returned to your account.

  • The class booking window closes 3 hours prior to class start. If you miss the booking window, you can try contacting Black Widow directly to sign up provided the class is not canceled and has availability. 

  • Any class that has less than 2 students signed-up 3 hours prior to class start will be canceled.

  • In the event an instructor is unable to teach due to illness or personal emergency, every effort will be made to find a substitute. If a sub cannot be found, the class will be canceled no sooner than 90 minutes before the start time and a notification will be sent.

  • Appointment passes are returned with no penalty in the event that a booked session is unexpectedly canceled. 

  • The preferred booking and cancellation method is through your Wellness Living account. If booking or canceling through email or text, we require 12 hours notice prior to session start. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your request will be serviced in time.
